Everything worked find and the tours, places were beautiful, and especially all the people were very friendly and makes us eager to do it again in the future. Well, back home in Tampere, Finland again, with work calling us the day after tomorrow. My wife Paula and I have nothing but praise of the highest order to your company and especially YOU for an absolutely brilliant trip. Everything ran like clockwork, hotels, motels, connections to our coaches, trains, ferry etc. Absolutely brilliant. As for the refund, I just phoned you to let you know what happened in Milford Sound. Getting some money back was the last thing on my mind. Paula and I are absolutely staggered by you and your firms honesty and integrity. Our estimate of you just went off the scales. By the way, just to let you know, Paula (and me as well) have never stayed in a motel before, just hotels. Because of you and the super motels you booked us in, it looks like every time we go on holidays now, MOTELS it is.
The very warmest regards, P & D Benjamin, Finland
We would rate Pacific Travel's customer service 10 out of 10! You produced an amazing trip for us and were always on hand if we had any queries. You even made alternative arrangements when we wanted to alter one of the trips so that we could go to the National Park which ended up being one of the highlights of our trip! The tour exceeded our expectations! Not only because New Zealand is such an amazing country, but also because of the well organised transport and tours that were arranged as part of our trip. Everything ran so smoothly which made our holiday hassle free. We loved the fact that everything was so well organised and we didn't have to worry about what we were doing next. The trips that were organised as part of our holiday couldn't have been any better! The tour guides were so nice and would make little stops to ensure we saw all of what New Zealand could offer. We ere even lucky enough to have perfect weather for every trip we did. There were no aspects of the tour we did not enjoy, everything was perfect! We were very pleased with all the hotels that were booked for our trip especially the Chateau Tongariro Hotel which was outstanding! All hotels were at a high standard and were in the perfect spots to see the surrounding areas especially as we were not in some of the places for very long. One of the aspects that made our trip enjoyable was sitting on the very comfy coaches listening to the very knowledgeable tour guides that would do anything to make your experiences very special (taking lots of photos!). We would highly recommend Pacific Travel to others! My husband and I wanted a trip of a lifetime and this was exceeded by the excellent travel arrangements made by Pacific Travel. We would definitely book with them again. Thank you again for all of your help and the plans you made for us!
May Thanks, Gemma & Bradley
