Frequently Asked Questions about our Independent Tours
First of all, Happy New Year! Second, thank you for everything. The trip was superb and we enjoyed so much being there. I have to congratulate you and your team for the great job. Everything worked find and the tours, places were beautiful, and especially all the people were very friendly and makes us eager to do it again in the future. It is a shame that we couldn't stay more days and know more of your beautiful country.

Well, back home in Tampere, Finland again, with work calling us the day after tomorrow. My wife Paula and I have nothing but praise of the highest order to your company and especially YOU for an absolutely brilliant trip. Everything ran like clockwork, hotels, motels, connections to our coaches, trains, ferry etc. Absolutely brilliant. As for the refund, I just phoned you to let you know what happened in Milford Sound. Getting some money back was the last thing on my mind. Paula and I are absolutely staggered by you and your firms honesty and integrity. Our estimate of you just went off the scales. By the way, just to let you know, Paula (and me as well) have never stayed in a motel before, just hotels. Because of you and the super motels you booked us in, it looks like every time we go on holidays now, MOTELS it is.
The very warmest regards, P & D Benjamin, Finland
