All the pickups / drop offs were on time, the hotels were excellent, the drivers / guides were very helpful and friendly. All this and much more could have been possible only because of Scenic Pacific Tours and above all your co-ordination, help and effort.
A big thank you to you from my parents & us. We look forward to planning more holidays with Scenic Pacific in near future.
Thank you so much for working with me and setting up our tour. We had an amazing time!! Visiting New Zealand was a dream of a lifetime. Absolutely breathtaking!
Our tour package was great! Everything went very smoothly, as we didn’t encounter any conflicts at all. Our travel documents were waiting for us upon check in. Thank you for including brochures about the cities/tours we were to visit. They were very helpful.
The buses by great sights were very nice! Loved travelling on them and wished our whole tour was with them. Main perk of that was the ability to charge my phone. The intercity buses didn’t have this option available.
As far as the tour itself, it was amazing. We wished we had a little more time to explore the island or a couple of the stops longer. I don’t think this is anything you can fix, as the buses have a schedule to keep..but that is one thing that would have been nice. Just more time along the way.
The additional bookings that I had you add went smoothly as well. We were picked up at the right time and all went very well! The wildlife tour was spectacular! Highly recommend to others as a must do in Dunedin.
All the hotels you booked for us were very nice! We even were upgraded a couple of nights unexpectedly. The hotel in Queenstown was our favorite! We were so close to everything and the hotel was superb!
All in all, the tour was amazing and we loved how everything was all planned out ahead of time and paid for in full.
I would highly recommend booking with you at Scenic Pacific to others who plan to visit New Zealand.
Thank you!! Hopefully someday we will return.
I meant to get in touch sooner but we were still in New Zealand for a while after our tour so I sort of forgot. However, we were just looking back on out time on the South Island the other day and we thought we should thank you for the smooth running of the whole operation. The hotels were fantastic, all of them and the timing of buses, taxis, pick ups etc were first class. Like a well oiled machine, I couldn’t believe it.
On landing at Christchurch, the airline had lost our luggage and when your representative called round with the itinerary at our initial accommodation we still had not got it back. So we were wondering if this was to be one long catalogue of disasters. Fortunately, the bags came the next day (good job we stayed 2 days in Christchurch and didn’t go on the tour the following day), and from there things went swimmingly.
Thanks once again!
I think a highlight has to be the trip to Milford Sound where I was lucky enough to see dolphins and seals and the most stunning views. Absolutely every person that I had contact with as part of the trip from the coach drivers to the hotel staff and the taxi drivers were so friendly and helpful and as a single traveller I felt very reassured and comfortable. They are a great representative on behalf of your country and for New Zealand too.
I would just like to say a special thank you to Graham the Intercity coach driver who took me from Christchurch to Dunedin on the day the snow fell in Christchurch. I think many other drivers would have given up and turned back in such bad weather conditions but he was determined to get us to our destination and was an absolute star because it would have knocked on to the whole trip if we hadn’t got out of Christchurch when we did. So big thanks to him! And a big thank you to you and your company for organising such a great trip.
The information and itinerary provided were excellent and knew what and where I was meant to be at every step of the way. Everything ran as it should and on time and everywhere I went there seemed to be someone waiting for me or expecting me which was so reassuring. So THANK YOU!! If I ever come back to NZ (which I really hope I will!), I would definitely use you guys again and I will be recommending you to anyone who goes to NZ.

Just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thank you for all the arrangements for the tours and accommodation. We really did enjoy ourselves and all the accommodations were all so convenient and comfortable.
Everything from the coach pick up, transfers and check ins went off seamlessly. And we had fantastic weather too and the sights were breathtaking.
Once again, kudos to you and your team and keep up the great work!
We’re back in Canberra with our daughter and her family.
Sophie, we want to express our most sincere appreciation to you for all your assistance in setting up our tour. It’s not easy planning a trip from 15,000 km away ! You were so helpful with your communication prior to and during our trip.
Monique, the extra effort and consideration given us as a result of our medical emergency was exceptional by any standards! We are so grateful to both of you for helping us get “back on track”.
The fact that this occurred on a Sunday when most businesses are closed…is not lost on us. Not only did Monique “rise to the occasion “…she did so in such a manner that was personable and professional and gave us options as well!
You both helped to convert a potential nightmare into a successful and enjoyable journey with a minor hiccup. Thank you for your caring!
Ladies…I was in customer service my entire working career and and you two have exceeded all expectations!!
Thank you again from two slightly weary but very content customers!
