I've been meaning to write you to let you know that I loved the South Island tour you arranged for me April 6-10. All of the vouchers/arrangements were perfect. I loved the Novotel on the lake and the Distinctive Fox Glacier inn was so beautiful. Much preferred that town to Franz Josef.

Just a quick word of thanks for organizing our sightseeing tour of the South Island last week.
Everything went like clockwork and I shall certainly make use of your services again, and recommend
that my friends do likewise when we next come to New Zealand.

From the description of the trip it looked as though it was a normal schedule bus without
commentary so we were very surprised when all 3 bus drivers went into great detail about the area
we were driving through. George of Newman’s was particularly good and would have organised heli
trips etc at the destinations if necessary! The bus dropped us off and picked us up at each hotel so
really it was for me as good as a Group Tour. As I say I thought it was really good value for money.
Glad google picked up your web site!

Hi,

Recently my husband and I travelled to beautiful New Zealand. We booked our vacation with your
company. We only wanted to spend four days and wanted to make the most of our time. We chose
the south island. Your company was first class all the way. Every night we received a confirmation
regarding the next day. It was fabulous. Everyone was prompt. Our bus drivers were all excellent
and professional and always gave us information about the area. We loved the stops for tea in
the morning and afternoon. I even tried salmon from a salmon farm. It was spectacular. Our
accommodations were very comfortable and centrally located in the city we were visiting. We have
recommended your company to our travel agent. We have had an absolutely wonderful time. New
Zealand is spectacular, Milford Sound and the TranzAlpin Train were definite highlights. However
the whole trip was delightful. Very hard to leave New Zealand. Please let me know if you need any
kind of recommendation – truly unbelievable.

Henry and Irina had a wonderful time. They said every part of the trip was very well organised and
they were taken care of. They were so pleasantly surprised to have a representative of the tour
company waiting at the airport for their hotel transfer, as they didn’t arrive in Auckland until around
1am!.

Back home in Newcastle near the beach again. Thanks for the wonderful 4 day tour. I was
pleasantly surprised at the commentary from the coach drivers (that there was any in fact) as I
thought that the independent tour type would be just like travelling A to B on a coach..... so well
done and congratulations to the drivers .... keeping the travellers informed and on the ball with the
timing of departures etc.
