Day 1 Wellington - Napier
Travel with Intercity Coach Lines up the Kapiti Coast to Palmerston North and then through the spectacular Manawatu Gorge to Hawkes Bay and the Art Deco city of Napier. Arrive Napier by 1.00pm.

This afternoon depart on the Bay Tours and Charters, Estate Afternoon Wine tour. You will be met and taken to three vineyards and one specialty food outlet.

Accommodation: Scenic Hotel Te Pania, Bella Vista Motel or similar

Day 2 Napier - Rotorua
Depart Napier with Newmans Coachlines travelling across the volcanic plateau to Taupo. Lake Taupo is world renowned for its fighting rainbow trout and is New Zealand's largest lake situated in the very centre of the North Island. From Taupo, you journey onto Rotorua where you arrive at 3.10pm. The remainder of the afternoon is free at leisure in Rotorua.

Tonight you will be entertained by Mitai Tours who operate a New Zealand award - winning Maori hangi and concert experience.

Accommodation: Heritage Hotel, Accolade Motel or similar

Day 3 Rotorua - Auckland
Depart Rotorua with Newmans Coach Lines travelling north to the Waitomo Caves. Visit the Glow-worm Grotto for a spectacular display of tiny lights emitted by these unique life forms deep in the cave grotto. Continue on to Auckland, the 'City of Sails' where your tour terminates at the Sky City Newmans coach terminal at 5.00pm.

Day 3 - Option
Travel Rotorua to Wellington with Newmans Coach Lines.
